Thank you for your interest in our Quidditch Sessions. To book on please fill out the form below. Please add in child/children's names, ages, medical conditions, photo consent (for use in advertising), date and venue of Quidditch session, person collecting child  and an alternative contact number.

We accept Paypal (orcoaching@aol.co.uk) and bank transfers (please make a note if you wish to do this and we can send you details).

Once both the form and payment are received your place on the session will be confirmed.
